**TRAINING IS GIVEN IN FRENCH**
Following a lawful arrest, an agent may be required to handle and apply handcuffs to an individual exhibiting aggressive or violent behavior. The CFTQ Inc. Handcuffing Program aims to prepare officers to carry out a legal arrest while safely and effectively applying handcuffs to a non-cooperative individual.
