Handcuffing & Frisking

Following a lawful arrest, an agent may be required to handle and apply handcuffs to an individual exhibiting aggressive or violent behavior. The Handcuffing Program aims to prepare officers to carry out a legal arrest while safely and effectively applying handcuffs to a non-cooperative individual.
